Infinite Passage: The series Infinite Passage was created from emotional angst. Walking down the street one day I felt invisible, ignored. The only change in me was my surface. I was aging and people were treating me differently. I was hurt and then I got angry. Old metal found at a discard depository (dump) became a metaphor for my aging process. The tarnished surfaces of the metal reflected my own exterior. The weathered etching revealed experiences of living. Found metal is sanded, sealed and mounted on prepared wood support.
