I was fortunate when a small child my Father encouraged me to follow him around as his right hand man/girl whatever? I learned the names of plants, their function, how to care for them and which ones work well together. Without my knowing it I was also learning the composition of life. My ecology series was intended to be a tribute to my Father and all the lessons of life he taught me. It proved to be too much of an undertaking because the lessons he taught, ran the gamut from the care and feeding of animals, building the pens and cages that would house them, what plants are edible. If an animal will not eat it, then neither should you. So that is how the ecology grew in all directions. I loved doing it and the series has only begun.
